Requirements:
To oversee smooth functioning of Camp Training format in the cluster, To attract, retain and develop right talent pool in respective preview
of Operations to work as a team, To provide guidance and assist in livelihood activities NGO Partnerships programs, To monitor & ensure the effective functioning Field Coordinators, To monitor the sustainability targets and placements of Camp training formats, To initiate and implement the new models for livelihood trainings
under the guidance of Reporting Manager, Supervision and cross verification of all the training formats and community activities in co-ordination with Team under supervision, Timely evaluation of staff performance & identification of the training needs accordingly, Liaison with local Government / administrative agencies to identify and participate in Government programs /schemes in livelihoods training, Network with local industries to assist in placement and donations/sponsorships, Network with other NGOs working in the area, to identify partnership opportunities and conduct of training programs jointly with them, Co-ordinate between Head Office and field staff to have smooth communication/relationship, Adhere to Operations audit parameters, Proper Documentations of all processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 10-15 years of experience preferably in livelihood training, sales and business development.

After failing in her SSC exam, Ruhi Jadhav enrolled herself in a Beautician course in KSWA. After successfully completing her training, she started her own beauty parlour in her house where she provides Beauty and Hair Styling services, undertaking Bridal orders also.
