At Yuva Parivartan, we dedicate ourselves to skill development for youth, empowering them with vocational training and livelihood programs that create sustainable opportunities.
Our efforts have transformed the lives of over 1.1 million students across 16 states and 60 districts, providing them with employment-oriented skills and a sense of purpose. This has only been possible through the support of people like you who donate, spread awareness, and participate in our mission. KSWA’s Yuva Parivartan offers over a hundred courses spanning sectors like healthcare, hospitality, agriculture, apparel, automobiles, beauty and wellness, IT, and more—ensuring that every individual has access to skills that align with their abilities and ambitions.
Here’s a closer look at some of our flagship courses:
Nursing Assistant
The booming healthcare sector is in constant need of skilled professionals, yet the education required is often inaccessible to underprivileged youth. At Yuva Parivartan, we address this gap by offering an affordable Nursing Assistant course, where students are trained by certified healthcare personnel. The curriculum includes comprehensive theory, practical sessions, and on-the-job training (OJT). Students from our previous batches have secured employment and are now leading dignified lives. Additionally, students receive a course completion certificate and start earning as soon as their OJT begins.
Integrated Rural Development Programme (IRDP)
Yuva Parivartan’s Integrated Rural Development Programme (IRDP) is designed to support rural areas, where agriculture is the primary livelihood. In collaboration with government agencies, we provide standardized designs, bills of materials, quality specifications, and supervision for agricultural projects. We have successfully trained over 20,000 farmers in SRI techniques and provided multi-skilling vocational training (plumbing, masonry, painting, and basic electrical work) to more than 10,000 landless laborers. Our work includes building over 6,500 toilets, lift irrigation systems in over 30 villages, and skill centers for menstruating tribal women.
Hospitality
The hospitality industry thrives on creating memorable experiences, driven by well-trained staff. Unfortunately, many individuals are unable to enter this promising field due to financial and social barriers. Yuva Parivartan, in partnership with the Sustainability Hospitality Programme (United Kingdom), offers a specialized course that provides students with on-the-job training across four departments in 5-star hotels in Mumbai, Goa, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, and Jaipur. We are associated with esteemed hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, IHCL, ITC, Trident, Oberoi, and IHG Group. Along with hands-on training, we offer free spoken English sessions, soft skills training, and placement assistance.
Apparel
With the rise of fast fashion, the apparel industry holds immense potential, particularly for women from underprivileged backgrounds who can work from home while supporting their families. Yuva Parivartan offers courses in basic and advanced tailoring, bag making, micro knitting, and even fashion designing, all of which equip women with the skills they need to start their businesses. Certificates are provided upon completion to boost employment opportunities.
Beauty & Wellness
The beauty and wellness industry offers vast employment opportunities, and Yuva Parivartan aims to equip individuals with the necessary skill sets through various courses. Our programs include basic and advanced beautician courses, hairstyling, and makeup artistry.
