Job description for the post of Operation Manager
Requirements:
Give strategic inputs to the Operations Director vis-à-vis operational issues in his region
Ensure that the region targets are achieved through the team.
To Monitor Performance of Area Managers for Smooth functioning in the region
To Plan and Suggest innovative Solutions for day-to-day operations by regular monitoring & evaluations of processes of the team to achieve desired outcomes.
To ensure desired social impact in the community
To confirm all the documentation has been done adhering to the process guidelines.
To help and guide identification & completing due diligence for running livelihood training.
To recruit and train the team & maintain the attrition level at the lowest. Ensure optimum performance from all team members.
To inculcate Quality consciousness & adhere to Operations audit parameters.
Develop careers plan for the Area Managers & to build a second level of Managers.
Liaisoning and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders involved.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate. MSW will be preferred.
Experience: 2. 5 -10 years of experience preferably in Livelihoods Training / Sales / Business development work, preferably with FMCG background

After failing in her SSC exam, Ruhi Jadhav enrolled herself in a Beautician course in KSWA. After successfully completing her training, she started her own beauty parlour in her house where she provides Beauty and Hair Styling services, undertaking Bridal orders also.
