Job description for the post of Area Manager

Requirements:

Role –   Should have ability to select and manage the team of minimum 5 to 6 community mobilizers in the district.
Facilitate the team for ensuring community awareness by using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc. 
Facilitate the team to build the rapport with key village leaders like sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers etc to take their help in mobilizing the community.
Motivate the team to mobilize the community (youth, women, farmers) for building their new skills so that people are able to enhance their income through new initiatives.
Facilitate the team to organize the training sessions on different topics as per the need of the community specially on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber etc. (Organization will conduct the training of trainers)
Facilitate the team to provide training certificates to qualified community members 

Experience & Qualifications

Education: Graduate. MSW passed will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year work experience. Also freshers can apply.

After failing in her SSC exam, Ruhi Jadhav enrolled herself in a Beautician course in KSWA. After successfully completing her training, she started her own beauty parlour in her house where she provides Beauty and Hair Styling services, undertaking Bridal orders also.

Little did she know that she would fly to USA to attend a two-day Inner City 100 Summit, held at Harvard University, Boston in 2008. She was selected by Merrill Lynch for the ‘Growing up CEO’ program. In the USA, she was exposed to some of the fastest growing companies in America. Along with the opportunity to develop mentor relationships with Inner City 100 winners, she also had access to world-class business education and advice.
