The intent is to share how KSWA grew in 25yrs and help the NGOs to learn from our learnings. We have built a mobile application that provides access to presentations and videos that contains the entire learning from the daily operations at KSWA.
Vision
Yuva Engage Online Academy is to make participating NGOs funding ready and be able to make a larger impact in their area of work.
Mission
Yuva Engage’s mission is to reach over 10,000 NGOs and enable to achieve sustainability, growth and excellence.
Objectives
To mentor and support the participants with tools and techniques required to enhance their operational efficiencies, specifically in the following areas:
- Identify and understand the key social issues in their respective areas
- Formulate a clear theory of change
- Help formulate a clear vision & mission
- Work with the participants to break down their vision into actionable goals
- Enable them to design processes and tasks that will help them achieve their goals
- Help them think through possible obstacles and mitigation strategies to handle them
- Support them in identifying and securing human, financial, intellectual and operational resources
- Help them setup processes and operationalize their action plan
- Eventually enable them to increase their impact to at least 3 times of what they did before the program.

YUVA ENGAGE incubation progam details
An online and currently free program designed to cater to three different levels which are as follows:
Level 1
Aarambh
For those who are working in the social sector and wish to start their own NGO.
(6 months duration, online and currently free. All teaching/ training sessions)- twice a week sessions of 2 hours each.
Eligibility
Individuals/ NGOs in this field for (0-1 year).
Level 2
Sthir
(6 months duration, online, currently free and will have both training/ teaching and mentoring sessions)- twice a week sessions of 2 hours each.
Eligibility
For those who have been working in the social sector for 1 + upto 5 years.
Level 3
Saksham
for the established NGOs.
(2 months incubation program, online and currently free and will have only mentoring sessions)- once a week only. each session of 1 hour only.

established NGOS working in the social sector for 5+ years.
